Terms and Conditions

Our Services include beach volleyball, beach tennis, and indoor volleyball training, social games, tournaments, camps, court bookings, memberships, events, and related facilities. You must be at least 18 years old to book on your own behalf. Participants under 18 may take part only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms, including the Assumption of Risk section, on the minor's behalf. Participants must be at least 12 years old unless a specific program states otherwise.

All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless stated otherwise and may change without prior notice; the price shown at the time of booking applies to that booking. Payments are processed via authorized payment gateways on our website or at reception. Full payment must be made before participating in any Service.

Court bookings and class reservations can be made online. Cancellation and refund rules, including the different rules for tournaments, events, camps, and venue hire, are set out in the Refund Policy, which applies to all bookings. BVA may substitute coaches, adjust session times, or reallocate courts for operational reasons; this does not entitle you to a refund. If BVA cancels a session entirely, you receive a reschedule or credit per the Refund Policy. Late arrival does not extend the booked time, and missed portions of a session are not refundable.

Membership is a prepaid balance: you top up an amount and spend it on Services at member rates. It is not a subscription and the balance does not expire. Memberships are non-transferable. Refunds of unused balance are governed by the Refund Policy. Member benefits apply while a balance is available.

Promotional offers, vouchers, and partner codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may carry their own validity conditions stated at the time of the offer.

All content on our website and materials, including logos, images, videos, and text, is the property of BVA or its partners and may not be reproduced without permission.

Sport involves inherent risks, including physical contact, falls, and injury. By participating, you confirm that you are physically fit to take part and you voluntarily assume the inherent risks of sport and training. Recovery facilities (including sauna, jacuzzi, and ice bath, where available) are used at your own risk; do not use them if you have a medical condition affected by heat or cold exposure, or if pregnant, without medical advice. To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, BVA is not liable for injuries or losses arising from those inherent risks or from your own health condition. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indonesian law. Parents and guardians accept this section on behalf of participating minors.

You agree to follow posted venue rules and staff instructions. BVA may refuse entry or participation to anyone endangering safety or disrupting others; in such cases no refund is due. You are responsible for your own belongings at all times. BVA does not provide supervised storage and is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

In events beyond our reasonable control (including extreme weather, natural disaster, or government order), affected sessions will be rescheduled or credited to your account. Covered courts reduce but do not eliminate weather disruption; BVA may close the venue for safety, in which case the same reschedule and credit rules apply. Force majeure does not create a right to a cash refund.

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version and its date are shown on this page; previous versions remain available in the terms archive. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Kabupaten Badung, Bali.
